Supporting the community and its families is important to Culver’s Wesley United Methodist Church.

COMMUNITY
Culver’s Wesley United Methodist Church members provide on going festivities throughout the year including seasonal rummage sales, bake sales, a Christmas cookie walk and a spring time chili cook-off. In addition to sponsoring the Cub Scouts, many church members have a longstanding leadership role in many of Culver’s philanthropic organizations that support the local community. The church building is centrally located on School Street between Culver Community High School, Middle School and the Elementary School.

PRE-SCHOOL
With a variety of programs for children, UMC is proud to offer one of the most attended preschools for children ages 3 through 5. Preschool Director, Jennifer Luttrell along with an enthusiastic staff provide programs throughout the school year that help develop the hearts and minds of the junior and senior classes.  The Junior class includes children ages 3 – 4 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  The Senior class includes children ages 4 – 5, or the year just prior to kindergarten enrollment and meet Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.   Both the Junior and Senior classes meet in the morning from 8:30 – 11:00.  For more information on the Culver’s Wesley United Methodist preschool program, please contact the church office.

KIDS CLUB
School age children from first through fifth grades are all invited to attend the Kid’s Club every spring. Kid’s Club is organized by Wesley’s Sharon Coffey and offers Christ-centered crafts and activities for the kids immediately after school for an entire week.

For further information on these programs, please contact the church office.
